My question involves criminal records for the state of: Iowa Dubuque when you plea bargain to a 5th degree simple mistermeaner shoplifting charge 1 year unsuperviced probation pay fee and fines does that mean at the end of the year it goes away and you can legally state you have no crimal charges just arrest record of 4th degree seiuos mistermeanor.
