My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Wisconsin
I have been taking unemployment payments for about 2 months now that I have been working, while unemployed I fell in to debt and and did not want to get kicked out of my house with my son. I was laid off by the company and re hired so I was unsure if I would be again and wrongfully took advantage to the amount of about 2400.
Should I call in to report myself and hold myself at the mercy of the state? I have never done anything like this before and have no idea what to do, I am doing well now and I can pay the money back is it likely that I will be thrown in jail?
