My question involves criminal law for the state of: Oregon
I have a felony charge am on probation, as of September, my first po said take a drug and alcohol evaluation I do so my first ua had thc in it. As I told her it would. Now new po, months later they issued a warant for that drug test 3 month's later now I have completed treatment and was told I have a warrant 2 months after it was issued. My fine is paid in full. Never been in trouble and cab have a clean ua now and have since I since up for treatment. I am going to turn myself in just had to set it up with my work as I work full time again fines are paid in full just have community service hours left. Can u tell me what may happen or what I am looking at? I am a single mom of 2 never been in trouble don't understand how it all works but would like to keep my job and not get into trouble. Was never informed of this warant til 5 days ago.
