Have an odd Senario. I was somewhat given no option in regards to my distribution. I'm a beneficiary of an irrevocable trust. Over the last few years the trustees of my trust locked up a portion of my assets in the form of having me sign a memorandum of understanding upon which I completed the terms necessary to receive an additional amount that was locked up from being distributed annually to me, I have yet to receive the funds over the corresponding 2 years. So my first question is am I entitled to said funds? They have also appointed a middle man to control my distribution and have my funds allocated on a monthly basis and will not allow me my full distribution after taxes. I did not agree to have someone be in control of those funds. So here's question 2 and 3. 2. Because I did not hire said person I'm assuming I can't just fire them. 3rd question is that even legal to do? If it's not legal, what are my options?
