What can I do if the father has taken the child out of the state without providing the itinerary (during his custodial time)? I found out this while I was talking to the child on the phone. We have a court order in which it states that each party should give written notice via email 10 days in advance or at the time the travel arrangements are made and also there is no requirement for written consent from the other party. We have joint and physical custody.
