My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Florida
I booked a weeks vacation in a condo on new smyrna beach through VRBO.Upon arrival the condo was not clean.I took pictures and sent an email to owner and voiced other concerns about legs on all dining chairs wobbling , no parking permit .She told my husband where allen wrench was and he tightened all the bolts on every chair.Since then ,sandy rusted chairs in closet from beach,broken ironing board, I could go on but won't. The owner dropped off a bottle of wine while I was out,a lovely gesture.They are remodeling the complex which was never mentioned and I just sent owner a video of what it is like by the pool.Constant beeping of trucks backing up which begins at 7 a.m. drilling,hammering,banging, cant stay out there its terrible.I told owner I would be checking out early. What are my options ?
