My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: New York . I got into an accident on the free way and I was driving by myself.This lady stoped here car out of no where because a tree has fallen and I was coming at 50mph and I couldn't manage to stop my car.I got a summons and also the car is under my fathers name and insured under his name. (liability insurance), What will happen now will the insurance pay for her car and what about my car also? What should I do with the summons fight it or plead gulity.:confused:
