Support Ruling Went Against New Law

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: nevada

What is the name of your state
Nevada

I have my daughter 3 nights a week, and occasionally extra nights for various reasons. The amount of time is calculated at 45% of the year. I keep a calender. It has been this way for over a year. My ex recently filed for child support.

The law in nevada states that separated parents are presumed to have joint unless otherwise ordered by court. Joint custody is also defined as a parent with more than 40% of the time.

At my hearing I explained to the hearing master that we had joint custody and exactly what days. My ex agreed these days were accurate. The hearing master shut it down immediately and said I did not have joint. She advised that if I wanted joint I would need to take that up in custody court. She awarded my ex 18% of my income minus $65 for "extra time spent" with my daughter.

I looked up the law again and I am reading it correctly. They should be using a formula that applies both parents income. What now? I have 10 days to figure something out.
