My question involves real estate located in the State of: KY We purchased farm from fathers estate. Land was surveyed at fathers time of purchase 1982. No dispute over survey. Owners at that time sign agreement on deed of property. Now 2017 the owner of adjoining property ( who inherited 30+ years ago) now questions a section of property line stating survey was incorrect. Fence has been in place even before father owned. Does this owner have any actionable recourse? We are selling and due to his sudden dispute all offers are on hold.
