Social Security Issues: Social Security Card with Middle Name

It has come to my attention that there's a middle name on my social security card.... but not on my birth certificate. Because of that, I have difficulties obtaining a identification card.

The employees of the BMV are set on not giving me a ID if I don't have a middle name in my birth certificate.

Now I really need some help because I can't do anything without a ID.
