My question involves real estate located in the State of: TN, I am the property owner which the easement is located , my new neighbor has opened a horse farm and also has two renters on their property, with this horse farm the traffic coming and going daily is average of 20 trucks and trailers, they are also riding the horses on the easement, what can I do about this nuisance of traffic and also possible liability issue if any of the riders were to get hurt on my property, my neighbor has a 900 foot easement to the back of my property which makes no sense because they live beside me and have about a quarter of a mile road frontage
