Establishment: Difference Between Dropped and Nonsuit of Protection Order

My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Texas

Currently divorcing. An application was for a PO was filed a month ago and a hearing date was set. On the date of the Temporary Order hearing (separate hearing date) we came to an agreement on everything and she agreed to not pursue a PO so hearing on the Application for a PO was dropped since my spouse didn't end up going. On the county website the Order/Hearing for the PO clearly shows as dropped.

I just received my Notice for the Final Hearing and so I check the county website and noticed that there is also a record for "Nonsuit of Protective Order".

What is the difference, if any, between the Setting on Application for PO being dropped and a Nonsuit?

Bonus question: As far as I know the PO was never in effect. I was never served or received notice of it and there are no other records about the PO on the county site besides the application listed on my divorce case number. How would I know if it was ever in effect?

Thanks!

Edit: Notice for the Final Hearing is for the Divorce.
