Calculation of Support: Do SSDI Dependent Benefits Affect Child Support

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Kansas

The custodial parent receives SSDI because she is disabled and the minor child receives benefits every month as well due to the custodial parents disability. When filling out the child support worksheet, would the money that the custodial parent receives monthly for that minor need to be included in addition to the custodials parents SSDI? There has been something filed and there was a court hearing. During that court hearing, the judge stated to the custodial parents attorney that the minor's income needs to be included and the non-custodial parents income needed to be updated. So the attorney was advised to add the minors monthly SSDI and make the necessary income updates. However, we just received the new "proposal" and once again they left off the child's income on the revised worksheet. I called to ask the custodial parents attorney why it was left off and she stated that in Kansas it does not have to be added and that the paperwork is correct. So the confusion is coming from the attorney saying it is not to be added even though the judge said it did? We are extremely confused and can't seem to get answers anywhere. Is this different in every state? I have searched and searched online on every single government page I could find and just can't put it together. This is getting really frustrating and we just want this to be taken care of the right way. Can ANYONE help?! đŸ˜©
