My question involves criminal law for the state of: New mexico.
I was arrested for drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. I was released on my own recognises. My case bearly went to grand jury and is going to continue. My question, I traveled to mexico every weekend to see my husband, I am a citizen with valid passport, if I go and cone back will I be detained or would they not let me back into ths country?
