My question involves civil rights in the State of: Indiana
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get your paperwork processed at NICA I received both an Expungement and a Restoration to Rights to Own and possess a firearm the paperwork has been cleared through both the local and State Levels I was informed that the paperwork was passed on to the Federal level It appears that there is a bottleneck of some sort getting processed I've made several attempts to purchase a firearm and am continually delayed and eventually denied I've submitted the whole package a few times without result and also filed appeals while being answered that the appeal process is over two years behind Who can I contact for after being stonewalled by the FBI I've also filed with the ACLU Thanks in Advance for ANY Help
