My ex wife is keeping our twin daughters from me until I provide a letter from my new daughters doctor that she is no longer sick. I have now missed 2 visitations and she said she will continue to without hold our children from me until such letter is provided. Can she break our parenting plan just because she feels its best with no valid reason? I am considering filing a motion to show cause for the enforcement of the parenting plan but I want to make sure I am not wasting my time, money and effort.
