Collection and Enforcement: Who Gets Child Support if the Child Lives With a Grandparent

I'm currently 16 and I have a few questions on who gets the money that my dad is sending to my mom he is paying child support at the moment my mom is not around to receive it I was living with my grandma but I have my own job I make my own money she buys me nothing I buy it myself if she takes me to work I do pay her gas the house my grandma stays in is not a good environment for me to many things that I rather not say, but let's just say that she didn't care if I left anyway so I'm currently staying with a friend but like I said the money my dad is sending who should be able to have access and use it? Because she is not using it to support me at all just herself my dad wants me to have the money so I can be able to get things I want and need with out having to work so hard for what I want
