Speeding Tickets: Too Fast for Conditions Ticket in Wa State

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Chelan County, WA

I was driving on US2 at a speed well below the posted limit but the conditions were icy/slushy. There was no traffic in front of me and I saw a big pothole/broken road in front of me so I changed lanes to prevent driving over the bad road. However, luck would have it and other lane (left one) had black ice and my car skidded and I hit the snow on guard rail and car rolled on the passenger side. I was driving for ~30 miles before I hit the collision so I was well aware of the conditions. I had my wife as witness for the above incident if that helps.

Given, I live in Seattle which is ~125 miles from court, I am thinking to contest the ticket via Court website (don't have the deferral option left). What are my chances of dismissing the ticket? I can drive there only if there is a realistic change of dismissing the ticket or else I will just contest online.
