I was recently involved in an accident where there were two other parties involved. Ultimately I was found at fault. My insurance policy limits only go to $30,000 to cover both parties...one party is demanding the full $30,000 and the other is asking $13,000. They also want me to fill out an affidavit to say I was not working at the time of accident and that I have no extra insurance. So I'm wondering if I am going to have to pay out of pocket for all of this ? And should I fill out this affidavit or not ??
