My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington

First huge shout out to Barry for all your guidance.
I was caught a little ways out of Shelton WA doing 73 in a 60. The officer followed me (really tailgating me) for a good mile, so I didn't think he got me on the radar. I filed for discovery, and sure enough he did. I have the link to my dropbox with the information I received from the prosecutor. Everything looks like it was filed correctly, and I checked the Radar certification and that checks out...
Since everything looks as if it checks out, should i simply ask for a deferral and try to be done with this? I am not sure if anyone else can see something I am missing. The note from the prosecutor is interesting in that he says the officer will not be called (I don't think this necessarily helps but still interesting that they would tell me that).
