My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Ohio, I have been living in the apartment for 1 year and 6 months, I went to notify the front office that I will be moving out by the end of this month. I found out that the lease only contained my signature and date, nothing was signed or dated by the lessor. I was told that I was not obligated to stay in the apartment because the lease was not signed due to no signature by the lessor. My question is can I get my security deposit money back without any hassle or holding my deposit money?
