My question involves criminal law for the state of: NY. February 7th 2015 i was arrested for felony dwi (2nd in 10 years). I have been battling this for over a year now the only offer i can get is 5 years probation with 6months house arrest and the judge is banning me from my employment (I'm a distiller)with part ownership in the company. I don't understand how after a year since my arrest i have not had my license taken and now they want to take my job and license. Im waiting for the court to schedule a hearing. Has anyone had any experience dealing with probation when you own a business that involves alcohol?
