My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: California. While on business in Savannah, Georgia I was cited with a speeding ticket. I unfortunately lost the ticket and it went unpaid for over a year. I received a letter from the California DMV saying that my license was suspended due to that speeding ticket. So I call the Savannah Police Department and paid the fines. My license is still suspended, CA DMV says Savannah needs to notify them and Savannah Police Department says it's not their job to notify CA DMV... What can I do. Can someone please offer my so advice. Can anyone refer me to a good cheap traffic lawyer? I really need my license reinstated.
