My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida
A bench warrant has been issued for my arrest from the state of Pennsylvania, and I am currently residing in the state of Florida. I need to medical care but I have no health insurance, and I'm wondering if this out of state warrant would stop me from being able to receive health care in Florida? I want to hold a job , too, so what risks would working "on the books" entail if no one is actively looking for me in PA?
