My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: California
I purchased a bedroom set (bed, dresser, nightstand, mirror, box spring and mattress) in person from the store and payed the total cost + delivery in cash. The seller delivered the goods on the next day without the nightstand and the mirror, so I received only (bed, dresser, box spring and mattress). He said that he will deliver the nightstand and the mirror in 1 week at most. It has been 3 weeks and he didn't deliver them yet.
I texted him without answer, he called me later saying that he will deliver them in two days and he didn't. I texted him again, he barely communicated (answering my texts, and said: "if you want to get them, come to the store and take them") and now he is no more answering to my calls neither my texts.
What can I do ?
