My question involves personal property located in the State of: Nevada
Hi, I have a 1958 42 foot trailer house on a rural property in Pershing County NV. I had it parked there since Nov. 2014. I found out that Pershing County wants it out of there, their main reason is that they "dont want junk" in the property and they think "someone is living there" which is not the case, its just used for storage. My question is, do they have a legal right to fine me?, (the property (LAND) is not mine, yet I got permission from the owner to park it there). Can I sue them if they do and what can I do now (what court documents do I fill out) to defend my rights, before they take action? My hunch is that its illegal for them to tell property owners what to have on the property. Any help regarding this will be appreciated.
