Auto Insurance: Insuring My Father's Car with a Breathalyzer Installed

My question involves insurance law for the state of: michigan.
My father wants me to put his car in my name and insure it in my name. He will be the only one able to drive the car because it has a breathalyzer with a camera in it. He thinks insurance will be cheaper in my name rather than his. He will be paying for it.

I am worried about what would happen if he gets in an accident. I am also worried about whether the insurance company will know if the car has a breathalyzer and that I won't be able to drive it. I want to help my dad but I'm not wanting to risk trouble for me should anything happen. please advise. Thanks
