Trusts: What is the Date a Trust is Created for Purpose of Obtaining an EIN

My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: Delaware
First, I want to thank you for sharing the benefit of your knowledge on the internet. This is very kind of you.
My Dad passed away 5 months ago. I live in one state, He died in another, and the Trust was created in a third state in 1992.
This was a Revocable Trust created in 1992. Since he passed away, it is now irrevocable.
While struggling through the EIN creation progress, I got to a screen where it asks for a date. Since the Trust was created in 1992 it is now 25 years and 3 months old.
I can't go any further because the IRS EIN wizard turns red and says:
Tell us about the Irrevocable Trust.
• Year cannot be more than 1 year in the future or more than 25 years in the past. * Required fields
I am completely stumped on this. I found your forum while researching 'What now?'
I was completely unaware that this trust even existed, as it was noted at his Investment Management company.
