I was in a car accident while my insurance was lapsed. There was damage done to the other party's bumper which I told an insurance rep that I would get on a payment arrangement with them as soon as they tell me whats owed. They sent the case over to a company called Bell Recovery LLC, which is a suborgation company. They want me to make payments that are a little too high for me. I made the first one in full but tge second I do not have in full. My question is can they suspend my license if I am still making payments, just not what they are asking? For example I have 125 instead of 250?
