My question involves traffic tickets from the state of: New Jersey. Recall having parking/street cleaning tickets after dl license issued, paid balance to zero, license reinstated. Now, 7 years later, 3 vehicles since, and six states away with license transfered. These tickets haunting me. Find out about updating address on DL. Attendant "will not be renewing, unless paid".
