My question involves malpractice in the state of: Nd. My dad was misdiagnosed with cancer, was told that he should go to surgery to take out a lung and a rib that they thought the cancer was on. While I’m surgery doing this doctor noticed that it didn’t look like cancer and instead of doing a biopsy, they went through with taking his lung and rib only to find out later that it was a sugar cell. Does he have a reason to sue
