My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Texas
My father bought a truck in 2015. He then passed away in 2016 & I got his truck. I am planning on selling the truck so a carfax report was done on it & I found out the odometer has been rolled back. Around 100,000 miles rolled back!!
How can I find out who rolled back the odometer? Can I sue them? And if so what's the course of action? I do have the bill of sale from when my dad purchased the truck.
