Emancipation: How to Fight Daughters Petition for Emancipation

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Texas

We have reviewed the family law of Texas and understand it fairly well. Our 17 yoa lied and deceived us for several months and got caught. Now instead of dealing with the consequences for her actions (grounded from phone, car and social activities) she has decided to runaway and file for emancipation. She is now safe staying with her grandmother so runaway is not the issue. We have been served with the Petition for Removal of Disabilities of Minority and have 20 days to respond. We want to fight this motion and deny her the emancipation. She is in no harm and although she has paid for a few things on her own, she in no way has the financial means to be self sufficient nor has she ever had to do so. Trying to find out how/what form to file out for the return response in denying this petition. Can anyone advise as well as any possible verbiage to utilize in such?

Thank you
