My question involves court procedures for the state of: South Carolina
Apparently this is still recognized in SC as breach of contract. What actions do I need to take to sue my ex-fiance for leaving with another woman while still promising to marry me. We were making actual plans just a day or two before he left. Do I need to send him some kind of notice?
Also, is there anything I can sue her for? She very well knew about me and that we were in a relationship.
