Other party Insurance accepted that it was their customer fault. My car is repaired ($2k bill). When I asked insurance if they cover the diminishing value, they said its not applicable in the state of MO. Seems like I have to absorb the loss on the car which is 2017 model and I paid $33k. How much can I claim if I decide to file a case in a small claims court?
