My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: New Jersey
I currently receive workman's compensation but I don't know how long before the doctor determines I can go back to work. My FMLA ran out and I was terminated after that 12 weeks. I will have to move out of state due to financial difficulties. Can I still apply in NJ for my unemployment or should I file in the new state?
