So I just got a speeding ticket for $136 and the officer put the wrong license plate number by switching two letters. Also it has my very old address in Maryland. I now live in WA and planning to switch to a WA license. Can I avoid not paying the ticket? There is no VIN number recorded on the ticket. Thank you for any advice!
