I was caught stealing in jcpenney. They took back the merchandise and took my picture and told me not to come back or I will be arrested and charged with something. They didn't get my name, ID, social, address, absolutely nothing. I didn't have to give any fingerprints and the police weren't mentioned nor called. What will happen?
