My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: French licenses
Dear friends American,
I was in vacances in 2015 in california, I was arrested for exceeding the speed limit of 55mph (79mph). The officer gave me a summons at the court but i could not go there.
If i come back in usa, what are the risk ? The customs or police in airport (any states confused) whill they stop me at my arrival ?
