My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Wyoming.
I have 2 minor children. Both of which have lived in the care of their grandparents, (my mom and step-dad). In May 2006 my parents were granted guardianship of them both due to mine and the father's incarincarceration. I have since then divorced my children's father. Due to the nature of his crime my parents kept the guardianship in place.
When I was granted my divorce, I received full custody of my kids. However, my parents guardianship trumps/over rules my custody. My parents at any given time can come and remove my kids from my home and I cant do anything about it.
What are some steps that I can take to terminate their guardianship without ha ing to go to court, if at all possible!!???
Thanks!
