My question involves criminal law for the state of: CALIFORNIA
I came out of a club and saw two policemen in a car sitting watching Everybody leave the club there was four or five security guard standing right next to them I walked up to the police officers not too close but I came up and said hi how you guys doing at what point does it become entrapment and at that point the security next to them one came forward said back up and 2 sec later maces me (pepper spray)i never showed any sign of aggression I got maced walking backwards at this point i started recording and the security kept coming at me toward me to leave the property i said stop stop am trying to but stop iam scared fear for my life . and the whole time I'm recording them walking backwards they chase me him and other security guards around the parking lot and then finally when they left me I called 911 and reported that the there's two police officers here not helping me that the security is trying to beat me up , One security pulled a metal calappsable stick and was going to beat me in the far end of the parking lot.. I walk back to the front I'm screaming loud on why you cops aren't helping me start telling the cops that I'm calling her Watch Commander I'm with Nikon 1 on the phone they immediately get out of their cars and put me in cuffs and I got charged with trespassing and drinking in public public intoxication my public defender and me got into an argument and they will not answer or help me in my case I ask for a jury trial and in a month I have to go for another pretrial and every time the public defender tries to get me to plead guilty and I've been innocent this whole time my question is can I burn that video that I put on YouTube that night and do I have to submit it to the court in a proper way because my public defender they won't do anything or listen to me or help me I'm in Southern California , (worthless public defenders )
