My question involves police conduct in the State of: Ohio
I've been pulled over twice by the same officer! The first time he accused me of not turning my turn signal within 100 feet prior to the stop sign.... which he didn't give me a situation but he suspected drugs on my persons. The officer didn't search me nor my car but he called the k9 dog in and the dog didn't find anything!! The second time he pulled me over was for passing the stop line at the traffic light (his back was towards me in his police car turning around) which I was stopped at or before. Once again he said that I had drugs on me and I offered three times to search me and my miners vehicle I was in!! The officer accused me of being a heroine junky twice which I offered proof of no needle tracks or marks. I asked for a ticket for the traffic light violation and agsin he wouldn't give me a citation!!! The threatened me five times that he's gonna get me !!!!
