My question involves police conduct in the State of: Ohio
Back in November 2016 a detective from the fraud unit called and wanted me to come in for an interview regarding some tickets that were sold that were supposedly fake. I told him I would get back to him. He called a few times after that but I didn't answer or return his calls. Today, he called again. He told me he needed me to come in, even if I just come in and tell him I have nothing to say. He said if I didn't come in he would have to file a warrant. I know detectives can say whatever they want to scare you so my question is, can he file a warrant if I don't go in?
