I am trying to voluntary give of my parental rights to my two children. Their father is deceased and his mother has had custody for over 7 years.
Is it possible to give my rights up with out an adoption in place?
If not both parties my kids parental grandmother and myself have came to a muteral agreement of an adoption but every attorney wants thousands of dollars.
Can this be done on a pro se motion?
