My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Arizona.
my neighbor filed an order of protection against me that I'm disputing. I already did a foia act and recievied the audio from the ex parte hearing. In the ex parte hearing the plaintiff said on "x" day we had a one night stand to establish a relationship and meet the requirements . But on that day I was on a date with someone else and have bank statements to prove it. Must they prove the actual day that sex took place or will the court ask me if it happened in general? Also in the petition the other dates of claimed harassment I was doing something else. Do they have to prove it was for a specific date. If the are off by 24 hours, I shouldn't have to correct them just show the petition is incorrect
