My question involves malpractice in the state of: Virginia
I'm active duty military staying in a Navy Gateway Inn and Suites hotel in Virginia Beach. I have an arcade machine in my room (smaller than normal arcade, I carried it up by myself if that helps with size visualisation) and the general manager is telling me it can't be in here and is threatening to call my Chain of Command if I don't remove it. I looked at my room agreement and at a list they gave me to see what I wasn't allowed to have in my room and it says nothing about my situation. I asked the general manager and she said that I can't have it because she says so and that there doesn't need to be a written policy. I asked for the regional managers number and she refused to give it to me. Is this legal? Can she just make up policy like that?
