I am from India and working in USA under H1B Visa. I am a PA resident. I have been charged with 46.2.862 Reckless Driving in VA ( 84 on 45 Speed Limit). My court date is on 27th June,2017. I am going to plead guilty for my charge. I have clean PA driving record ( But unfortunately I could not get Certified Driver Record). I have one speeding ticket in MD, but not reflected in my Driver's Record.
How to avoid getting criminal record in this case ?
Please suggest me some good tips for the court appearance.
