Other Injuries: Hit in Publix Parking Lot

My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Florida
Hi. I was walking into Publix the other day when a woman "did not see" me and caught my left arm/hand/purse on her drivers side mirror. She did not stop immediately, she parked her car then came over to see if I was ok. 5 Firemen that were on lunch break witnessed the entire thing and asked me if I wanted to fill out an incident report. At the time I thought, I was not HIT hard, did not fall down, after firemen checked my arm/hand wrist, after all I was not bleeding and no apparent broken bones I said I was ok and went about our business. Woman that hit me was nonchalant about the situation and wanted to make sure i was ok. Long story short, here we are 2 days later and I am sore as heck on my entire left side probably due to the tug and me "going with the car" so to speak and all I have is her license plate #. Can anything be done at this point? I should get checked out as I am hurting more now that Wednesday afternoon when it happened. I appreciate any feedback. St Pete police officer notated the "incident" after the fact as the woman left after the firemen told her I was ok. All I have is a police report#.

Thank you in advance.
