My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Nevada/utah
Now, I've made other posts about this but now I'm in a sticky situation. You see I have everything sorted out for my parents to give informal guardianship. The only thing that is really holding them back is they dont think they can get coverage in Utah while they are Nevada for me. I'm currently 16 and living in Nevada (I recently moved here) now I'm curious if there is anyway for me to get coverage in Utah if my parents live in Nevada. Or if coverage in Nevada can work in utah. They say for medical reasons they need to give up custody. I'm not sre if that is true. Im having talks with them about moving in with a friend down in utah. It is in my best interest to be back in Utah mainly because, social, education, college, etc. All these things can work in Utah. But I just need to know anything about medical if my parents are in Nevada while I'm in utah.
