My question involves a person located in the state of:ohio.. I signed over temp guardianship to my mother in 2012 or 13 I don't know when because its so long ago I can't believe she has this paper still... But is refusing to give me my child I called the police and being that she had this piece of paper they said there is nothing they can do it is not court ordered or filed though the courts what do I have to get my child back... My mother has coached my daughter to say she feels unsafe I have two other children that she cares nothing about but the oldest she is always giving me problems with and try to keep me her mother away from her but does not fight for the other two... So what do I need to do to get my baby back... And she has my daughter saying she doesn't want to come home can she make that decision at 10 yo... Please help me
